Made-to-order items

As per the designer's return policy, this item is made to order and therefore not eligible for a return. If you receive your order and the item is defective, you have 5 business days to communicate the fault.

If your item arrives defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and defect so our team can review the matter and assist you.
